Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments.
Bundle and multi-buy discounts
- 3 items — 10% off
- 4 items — 15% off
- 5 or more items — 20% off
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and do not stack with other offers. Subscription savings are capped at 20% in total.
Subscribe & Save
Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen 30 or 60 day interval at the discounted price. You can pause, skip, change the interval or cancel at any time from your customer account or by emailing us — changes take effect on the next unshipped order.

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and follow the stated dosage.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
