- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order history.
- Payment data: processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see your card number.
- Marketing data: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Usage data: pages visited and basic device information, via cookies and analytics.
Why we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders and subscriptions (contract).
- To send order updates and respond to support queries (contract).
- To send marketing emails where you have opted in (consent — unsubscribe any time).
- To improve the store and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Shopify (store and checkout), our payment providers, delivery carriers, and our email platform. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@zen7supplements.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working, plus analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may then stop working correctly.
