Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn't updated within three working days, email hello@zen7supplements.com.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are prepared and dispatched on your renewal date (every 30 or 60 days). We email you before each renewal so you can skip or amend it.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
